If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery of the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must return the entire package, complete with any seals and outer packaging to MIA Cosmetics Srl Lungotevere Flaminio – Roma informing MIA Cosmetics in advance of your intention to return the product.

The right of withdrawal is ALWAYS subject to the following conditions:

• The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety without any sign of wear and / or opening;
• It is possible to apply the right of withdrawal to part of the order (eg. Article A returned, Articles C-E-F held)
• It is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (eg. accessories, attachments, etc …);
• The right does not apply to cosmetic products or sealed products once opened;
• The purchased goods must be intact and returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessories: manuals, packaging, accessories, etc …);
• Shipping costs are charged to the customer;
• The shipment, until the certificate of receipt at our depots, are under the full responsibility of the customer;
• In case of damage to the goods during transport, MIA Cosmetics Srl will inform the customer of the incident to allow him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice; in this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs borne by the customer, canceling the request for withdrawal;

MIA Cosmetics Srl is not liable in any way for damage, theft or loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;

Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to evaluate any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

Shipments in assigned port will NEVER be accepted.

Within 14 days from the arrival at our headquarters of the returned goods, you will be refunded the cost of purchase, with the exception of shipping costs or any costs of cash on delivery.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions and the relationship between MIA Cosmetics Srl and the consumer are regulated by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any dispute concerning, arising from or in any way connected to these General Conditions of Contract will be referred to the jurisdiction of the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere (CE), as an exception to the law. By purchasing on the website www.miamakeup.it, the customer fully accepts the conditions of sale.
